Kirsten Giardi, Vice President - Member Relations & Engagement
Kirsten Giardi serves as the vice president of member relations & engagement at the Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP), where she focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships within the greater Newark business community. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for NRBP’s member businesses to collaborate, drive economic growth, and build synergistic partnerships in Newark and the surrounding region.
With over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Ms. Giardi is a dynamic, strategic innovator, widely known for her ability to develop key partnerships, manage diverse programs, and drive organizational performance. Her background includes serving in senior leadership roles at the Newark Public Library and Goodwill Industries, among others, where she has consistently led successful initiatives in fundraising, event planning, and business development. Throughout her career, Ms. Giardi has been dedicated to advancing programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
Ms. Giardi holds a M.A. in Teaching from Sacred Heart University and was a double major at the University of Vermont, where she received her B.A. in Economics & Mathematics.
An avid hiker and pickleball addict, Ms. Giardi enjoys outdoor adventures and staying active in her free time.
