Nikki Drake, Office Manager & Inside Sales Associate
Nikki Drake is the office manager and inside sales associate at the Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP), where she has been a dedicated team member since 1995.
Ms. Drake initially joined the organization as a receptionist, but quickly advanced to become the organization's information specialist. In these earlier roles, she created a welcoming environment for office guests, managed conference room reservations, distributed tourism and other business materials, and played an active role in managing NRBP’s referral program.
In her current role, Ms. Drake ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the NRBP office, overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining strong relationships with members. Additionally, she contributes to the growth of NRBP by assisting with membership recruitment efforts and fostering meaningful connections within the local business community.
