Mr. Hallock has been with the organization since 2000 “developing a strong and distinguished chamber organization through his stellar reputation and thoughtful leadership”, said Jennifer Mazawey, Partner with K&L Gates, LLP and current NRBP Board Chair. “Chip’s tireless dedication and leadership has strengthened our organization and sustained it through challenging times. As he embarks on a well-deserved retirement, we extend our deepest gratitude for his diligent commitment to our mission and the Newark community.” Hallock will continue to serve as the organization's President and CEO until a new leader begins later this year. The organization has begun the search for the organization’s next President & Chief Executive Officer, retaining Waverly Partners as its executive search firm.
